E-scooters as a new form of mobility are gaining more and popularity. This popularity results from the flexibility this mode transport, but above all positive impact on natural environment through much higher energy efficiency an e-scooter compared to motor vehicle (according literature rate is 2 km per kWh equivalent for range 90–100 in case e-scooter). paper introduces discussion future development energy-efficient electric scooter sharing system based stakeholder analysis methods. The implementation involves linking several areas human activity, including social activity. This, turn, relates interactions building relationships with entities, particularly those influencing provision services their effects. large number entities complexity relations between them make it challenge both identify stakeholders public indicate roles shaping sustainable strategy urban mobility. following study was methodological foundations theory network analyses. main research objective article assign different groups systems Polish cities. An evaluation carried out using expert methods analysis, matrix mapping methods, MACTOR application. Relationships cooperation suggestions were established each groups, which could become important part strategic approach supporting transport service providers organizers, well allowing further reductions consumption city by introducing such scale. participating bike-sharing can contribute greater assurance modes, consume less at same time energy-efficient.
